It’s like this me and my children were out walking our dog, when we crossed a traffic island, it was very wet on the day.
We got to the middle of the traffic island and my dog started to take a fit, we first thought she had stood on a pice of glass as
It was so horrific to see. It turns out what it actually was, she was electrocuted from the power from the street lamp in the middle
Of the traffic island, we later found this out from a report from autopsy we had done. The council paid for this and also paid for
Her to be cremated, so my question is can i still sue as i did nothing at the time as we were all upset about this, and would any one

Ye Gods! it could have been one of your children or even you!! I don’t care what the council paid for, they were admitting "guilt" by doing so! I hope to God they fixed that thing! Poor puppy! That is awful! I don’t think you can sue them for anything else now – they admitted responsibility. You could consult a Legal Aid Society, but I doubt if you have a case. Sorry about puppups, RIP little fella!

Sure sue them. Why not sue them for your goldfish dying to. They supplied the water. Maybe you could sue them for your cheeseburger not being cooked to your liking.

I hate this sue happy world. Why can’t you just be grateful that it wasn’t you or one of your children that got electrocuted. I understand the trauma it may have caused but now it just looks like your trying to get money.
