    You call them and ask.

    No idea what you mean by 100% comp – if you’re under the impression that your lawyer is willing to work for free, that is completely wrong. The only way you can keep 100% of what the lawyer gets for you, is if you pay them up front. Maybe that’s what the fee is.

    Complete, grammatically correct sentences would help in this case.

    A no win no fee 100% compensation settlement is possible in the UK because your attorney recovers their costs from the negligent party leaving you the full amount of the settlement with no deduction for their fees. You don’t really provide enough detail of your situation to even speculate why you are being charged a fee.

    Did you sign a contract with your attorney? What did you agree to in the contract? Did they accept your case on a no win no fee basis? Has the case been adjudicated? Did you win?

    You really need to talk to your attorney.
